God’s Message to Homosexuals

The message of the Word of God to homosexuals is exactly the same as God’s message for liars, murderers, adulterers, self-righteous hypocrites, and all other sinners. God’s Word tells sinners to REPENT and to BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ alone for salvation.
God’s Word to sinners is a message of HOPE and DELIVERANCE from sin. This message of hope and change is clearly found in the Gospel of Christ. I quote now from God’s Word. “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners;” (1Ti 1:15) “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” (1 Jn. 3:8) And also these words of Jesus Himself, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin…If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” (John 8:34,36)
God’s message of hope to any and all sinners is simply this; confess and turn away from your sin and cast yourself in humble faith at the feet of the Son of God Who loved and gave Himself for sinners. All who trust upon Him shall be saved. Their sins shall be forgiven, and they will be made right with God. This is justification and reconciliation.
God’s message to sinners is also a warning of JUDGMENT. For God’s Word plainly declares that every sinner that continues in his/her sin will be punished by the righteous and just wrath of God. Is murder a sin? Yes, because it is against God’s law. Is adultery or homosexuality sin? Yes because the Word declares all sexual relations outside of the bonds of marriage (between a man and a woman) is sin. “Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.” (Heb. 13:4) Every self-righteous hypocrite is also justly condemned by God.
Sinner Friend, turn from your sin, and look to the Living, Saviour Jesus Christ in faith. Cast yourself on Him for mercy. One such sinner in the Bible simply cried, “God be merciful to me a sinner.” and he went home right with God.
